Meet Amanda Marrs

Born and raised in the Wichita, Kansas area, I've proudly called this community home my entire life. My husband and I are raising my teenage son here, and I love helping others find a place they can truly call home.

I began my real estate career in 2019 after the loss of my dad. It was a time when I needed a fresh start and something I could genuinely be passionate about. What started as a new chapter quickly became a career I absolutely love.

I especially enjoy working with first-time home buyers and guiding them through every step of the process. I have a soft spot for mid-century homes, historic properties, and houses full of character. My favorite clients are open-minded, easygoing people who enjoy sharing ideas and envisioning what's possible together.

Outside of real estate, you can find me gardening, caring for my indoor plants, hunting for vintage and retro furniture or home décor, exploring antique shops, attending concerts, spending quality time with family and friends, or playing the drums.

The most rewarding part of my career isn't just helping someone buy a home - it's the relationships that continue long after closing day. I'm grateful for the many clients who have become friends, and I love watching them grow into their homes and the next chapters of their lives.
